A cozy retreat near the station

Our stay was delightful! The room was immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I especially loved the comfortable pajamas provided. The communal space felt creative and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Laundry facilities available helped tremendously, too.

The mattress could have been softer for my liking, and given that the pillows had beads on one side, they felt a bit odd. It was a minor drawback, but I wished for more comfortable bedding options to enhance the experience.

Loved the cleanliness and modern vibe of my Hollywood Twin Room! A short walk to Kyoto Station was a huge plus, making everything super convenient. Just wish the pillows were newer. 🛏️

The amenities were quite convenient, especially the

pick-up area for toiletries and the easy access to Wi-Fi. It made our stay comfortable, though the room was a bit tight. I also appreciated the clean and modern decor throughout the hotel, which added to the ambiance.

what an interesting place. The double room felt smaller than my last stay, which was really disappointing. Aghh, with only 2 washing machines for such a grand hotel, I definitley expected better. No one even bothered to upgrade my room despite the inconvenience. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

During our stay at Hotel The M'S Kyoto, we appreciated the convenience of being so close to Kyoto Station, making day trips to Nara and Hiroshima a breeze. The room was very clean and had great amenities, including a kettle and cozy private bathroom with a bidet. The staff were polite, and they really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
